If anyone finds anything they think is a mistake on the NCLC schedule, please call Bill McGuire at 336.462.0549 immediately.  Thanks.
Of the 18 members currently in the NCDO, 12 have a Men's Team and a Ladies' Team, 4 have only a Men's Team, and 2 have neither.
Additional Important Notes:
Matches start at 2:00 p.m. and must be played on at least four boards for men's matches and three boards for women's matches (more boards can be used if they are available).
Rescheduled matches must be played prior to the next match (within one week if the original scheduled date was the last match of the season).
Call the opposing captain at least 5 days prior to the match date to confirm that the match will indeed be played as scheduled, and to obtain any necessary directions.  The men's
team, as defined by the NCCDL, is actually an "open" team.  The term "men's team" is used simply for ease of clarification on this schedule and in the periodic league newsletters.
A player must play in at least half of his/her team's matches to qualify for tournament play.  That minimum is 4 (West) / 5 (East) matches for NCCDL and 4 matches for NCLC, with
each Interdivisional Bye counting as one match, one forfeit, if scheduled.  As per league rules, forfeits this season will carry a score equal to last season's average winning total.
Therefore, NCCDL forfeits will be scored 28-0, and NCLC forfeits will be scored 18-0.
Winning captain must mail a copy of the match scoresheet within seven days (or else lose the team's points) to:  Dawn Bocchinfuso, 132 Coopers Rd.,
Richlands, NC 28574  (c) 910-548-2021  (Fax) 1-309-412-5066  (Use this same address for notification of all phone # changes, address changes, captain changes, etc.)
You may also e-mail scans of your scoresheet to Dawn at: dbocc2004@yahoo.com  Include a note in your e-mail if you want a receipt confirmation message; please
send only scans, NOT re-entered data on a spreadsheet - the fewer sources of data entry error, the better.  The same seven-day deadline applies to the e-mailed scan option.
